autocheck.com Paid for 30 days on eBay. Vendor disconnected the service after less than a week and only 3-4 vehicle checks. Internet

I ordered 30 days of AutoCheck.com auto background checks off of eBay.  Description stated it only covered autos listed on eBay.  The auto I was most interested was miscategorized.  I tried to look it up on their website and I could not log on.  Then I noticed I could not view any autocheck information on eBay, after less than a week of use.  I filed a complaint with PayPal.  I was unable to get through to eBay, but I'm trying that next.

The vendor wants me to cancel my eBay transaction after they bill me a second time for the same thing.  I dont' understand why I can't just look up the VIN numbers I want.  WHAT IS THE FRICKING PROBLEM WITH THE A$$HOLES!  I paid for their service and they make me never want to come back.

I've filed a BBB complaint.  And not this.  You need to know that these people will not provide what you pay for and won't fix any complaints without asking for MORE MONEY!
