Avacor Scam rip-offs nationwide

Watch out for Avacor.

Do you remember when 20 years ago Upjohn ripped off the Dome Rangers of America with Rogaine? At best Rogaine (Menoxidil) grew whispy peach fuzz on its victims heads.

The FDA approved it as a perscription because it was essentially blood pressure medication. All the better for Upjohn, because all forms of snake oil can be sold over the counter. A script looks more legit. Upjohn made a fortune on the stuff because the FDA certified it as a "hair regrowth" drug.

What the scam artists at Avacor are selling is a shampoo (probably Suave) and a treatment solution with - guess what? - that's right - menoxidil in it. This way they too can call it a "hair regrowth" drug by simply piggy-backing an old trick of Upjohn. Pretty slick.

I'm going to enjoy my thinning hair. Less trips to the barber.
