Avas Flowers Failed to deliver to hospital on delivery date. Patient was released before flowers arrived 3 days past due. Internet 

 Called and ordered flowers for daughter in law in maternity ward at a local hospital on Tuesday requesting delivery that evening or the next day. Called late the next day (Wednesday) since the flowers were not delivered and was told driver could not find the address of the hospital which was clearly written on the order.  Thursday I called and they said they would deliver that very day, and they didnt. Patient checked out of Hopital Thursday at noon, flowers were finally delivered to hospital Friday mid morning after I had already cancelled the order Thursday afternoon. Lousy service.Did not deliver on requested date. I now understand they are not a real florist, but just order takers. My mistake for not digging deeper and using a local florist instead of who pops up first when you Google for a florist in another city. I will never use these people again. If our miltary performed like Avas Flowers, we would all be speaking Arabic or Chinese within a few months.
