Ava's Flowers Missed Delivery Date. Dead Flowers Upon Arrival. Refused to Offer Refund. Happened More Than Once. Baltimore, MD Nationwide
On two different occasions, I tried to have flowers delivered to my wife, (Mother's Day & Valentine's Day). Ava's Flowers was unable to deliver on either of those specified dates. The Mother's Day delivery was 3 days late, and the flowers were almost dead by the time she got them. I had also paid an addition fee to have the flowers delivered specifically on Mother's Day. I called their billing department, and they said it was not their policy to issue refunds, so they gave me a credit for a future purchase. I used the credit last week to order Valentine's Day flowers... and they STILL have not arrived. I called customer service this time as well, and was disconnected three times. I would strongly urge people AGAINST using Ava's Flowers.
