Axin Financial ripoff, mislead, promised a computer, never received it. told reps I lost leg in a recent accident and was heavily medicated Irvine California

Ok, I am not sure how to start!
I lost my leg four years ago in a motorcycle accident. While at home recovering, I received a phone call from a guy telling me he wanted to help me succed in business. He even promised a brand new computer. I informed him of my medical status and how I so longed to support my family. He said no problem! We will get you up and running in a few weeks and you will be making a minimum of 2000.00 to start.

I told him I was confined to a hospital bed and a wheel chair and he promised I could do it. He then said, "worst case scenario, you don't like it all you have to do is close your checking account"! I then was rehospitalized as my remaining leg kept breaking. When I returned I expected to fing my computer and my website all up and running. Neither of which was the case,

I called and spoke to a woman who was handling my case and she said it took her awhile to get it all ready. She would be shipping it to me by next week. I then told her NOT to send anything and to cancel my account. She informed me she was leaving the company, but she would folow up on it. A month or two later i had forgotten all about it until Axin Financial started takling money out of my checking account. Being on disability with a wife and two kids, I quickly closed that checking account JUST AS THE SALES REP TOLD ME TO. Here we are in 2005. I signed the lease under the influence of morphine in 12-2001. All of the sudden I went to get a loan to ad on to my house cause the kids are growing up, my credit score had been in the high 700'S. Axin financial reported over 5500.00 in unpaid debt. Now after all the work I did to get qualified for my home loan. The loan compnay is backing out because of my now POOR credit score.

I phoned Steven with Axin financial just to have him berate me and put me down saying, "at least I pay my bills" I do pay my bills. But, I refuse to pay for something I was promised and never received. Not only was it the computer, it was the credit card machine, and special training on how to succeed. I got one 1/2 inch history book about the internet. That was it. Be careful this guy is not to be trusted. My marriage and emotional health has been extremely drained as a result of this negagtive experience. Even my 8 and 9 year old son and daughter are now worried if we will have to move, or if they will have to share a room in this 950 square foot house for the rest of their lives.

Ok, enough rambling out of me. My chest is starting to hurt as i write about this. I feel like such an idiot for signing a lease without reading it. I only signed it based on the promises which were made to me prior to my signing it. Steven said, " I saw your website and made sure it was there before I paid the company. I never made ONE sale. I can't remember ever seeing it. And a website up for a month or two should not cost 5850.00!!!! Whatever you do! DO NOT DEAL WITH AXIN FINANCIAL!!!
