Instead of wasting your time with your state's banking commission (which have no jurisdiction over "National Association" banks and will not help you), contact the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, which is a division of the United States Department of the Treasury. The O.C.C. has jurisdiction over "National Association" banks, and will investigate violations of Federal Banking Laws.

Better yet, do as I did and change your accounts to Chartway Federal Credit Union, as Retired Military you can join, fee's are low and they are honest and friendly to deal with.
