barberino Nissan Barberino Nissan is a scam in itself! that guy on the commercials is the biggest crook in the state and I only know this after sharing my experience with other car dealers.even they said barberino is known to scam people and do things illegal Wallingford Connecticut

 After doing six months of research, I discovered that the entire dealthat barberino had me sign was llegal. I went there with my ex boyfriend at the time. He wanted to get a car but his credit wasn't good enough. They told me to put a car in my name for him but he would be the one driving it and making payments. I was completelyuncomfortable with this but they told me people do it all the time and that I would really be helping him out. So because I thought I was doing the right thing, I signed. Now mind you this was a second visit with them.the first time I went with him there I was supposed to be a cosigner, but they told me the obnly was the deal would be saved was if I signed it in my name. And they told me it was legal to do that, mike mitch and the guy who owns it, the young guy that's in all the commercials on tv. 24 hrs later my boyfriend at the time broke up with me and I got stuck with this car, I tried to bring it back and they said there was nothing they could do! I also found out they charged me a 13% interest rate! A month later when I tried trading it in elsewhere I found out that 1. They never told me the car was a rental car and that it had been in an accident! 2. They didn't tell me about 2500.00 hidden in my loan regarding gap insurance and warranty. When I found out about this, I again went there to try and resolve the issue. They told me to put in writing that I wanted the warranty and gap insurance removed. Six months later I try to trade this piece of crap car in elsewhere and the loan company told me they Never received notice from barberino about removing those costs. Then I call today and demand immediate action and they tell me they sent the check to a different company and they have no record of my current loan company! How ridiculous is this! They just "lost" my paperwork but somehow I have copies of everrything. So now I confide in another dealer and they told me barberino screwed me over royally and ripped me off on this car. They should havye given me a carfax report and told me it was in an accident but didn't . More imnportantly, they had me do a straw deal which is completely illegal! I want them to take this car back and pay off this absurd loan they conned me into! They are scammers and do not deserve to be in business!
