Beach Body, BeachBody.com, Product Partners LLC FRAUDUALENT BILLING, Never Received Order Beverly Hills California

On or about 1/5/08 I ordered a beachbody.com product. As of 2/13/08 I still have not received it. I have tried to communicate with their "offshore" customer service but it's like discussing trigonometry with 3 year olds.

I printed the online chat dialogue of 2/12/08 which detailed an amazing turn of events. First the chat rep. says you should receive your order in 5 days, then a few lines down he says your order was canceled, only to contradict himself again a few lines later to say your order is being sent USPS and should be there in 2-3 weeks. When I asked him to explain this ridiculous conversation he said it was a typo. How someone, anyone, could accidentally type "You're order has been canceled" is beyond me. He even provides me a tracking number, turns out to be the exact same bogus tracking number they tried to hand me from the start.

He further says, if you refuse to accept the item, we will automatically refund your money. Well, I have since received the product from another source (ebay) and when the package finally arrived over 3 weeks late I marked "Return to sender" and they still do not acknowledge this.

I have called, emailed and chatted in the direction with their customer service "mechanism." All to no avail.

Clearly will all the negative documentation on this and other sites - this company is perpetuating a fraud and has a pattern of delay tactics designed to force people to give up.

I guess we'll see who gives up first.
