Beach Body P90X ripped me off!

I called Beach Body because I was interested in their work out plan cds. When I got on the phone, the customer sales person told me how much they would charge per month for the total of $90 and then she offered me a "FREE" trial of their vitamins....

I was suspicious of this as she kept offering me things and I said no I know how this goes. But I was PROMISED I would not be charged more than the agreed amount for these "free Vitamins" which was just a free trial and that I would be given the opportunity to decide after the trial was over to keep or get deny the Vitamin regimen. Plus when I called they said there were "free things" offered because I called at that time. That was a lie.

What they DIDN'T tell me was that they would start charging me $58 per bottle of vitamins until I said to stop to them. So I kept getting vitamins in the mail and after a while they kept coming and I suspected something but NEVER with a letter saying "Do you want to continue this? If so it will be $58 a month."

So then I called and asked what was going on and to see if they were charging me anything still. The customer rep on the phone said really fast, "oh yeah you are signed up for the Vitamin program." I stopped him there and said I never signed up for that and asked him how much they are charging me. The he said really fast "Oh its $58 per bottle but we charge you in 2 low payments of..." I interrupted him right there and made him repeat the amount. When I heard $58 I was furious!

I demanded my money back and I told him that they will be reported for this and I made sure that the conversation was recorded. Then he told me to get my money back I would need to mail them back the bottles of Vitmains.

Well luckily I have 3 bottles unopened (almost $180) but now I have to mail it back to them, write special Vitamin numbers on the outside of the box and get a tracking number then call them in 5 days with the tracking number to get my money back. He even admitted that usually they don't tell you about calling back 5 business days later with the tracking number. He told me that "secret" as he put it, because I was so pissed off.

Also, they send the vitamins every two months or so. That makes it hard to realize what is happening because you know it is a "free trial" but how can you track it when they don't tell you how many bottles are free and how often you will get them and they NEVER give you a notice that they are going to start charging you?

I was promised I would NOT be charged anything more than what I paid for the workout program. I was afraid this would happen. Trust me, I asked A LOT of questions to make sure they would NOT do this. But they lied to me. Now I gotta fight with them to get my money back and I have to mail back to them the vitamins they sent that I didn't open which was 3 bottles... And that in and of itself is going to cost me money.

Their work out cd's are good but they are NOT honest business people.
