While on vacation we watched an infomercial and ordered the Focus T25 DVD workout via the 800 number. The order took over 20 minutes as the sales person attempted to sell a menagerie of items, the last two of which we actually purchased - two dietary supplements with a very reduced introductory cost. We were specifically told we would receive a bottle every month UNLESS we called and cancelled the subscription during the first 30 days.

Within 8 days of receipt I cancelled the order. This immediately set into a motion a barage of emails with incorrect names used for me, extra charges, demands to return the product, mandated compliance with their terms and conditions. I never received a "terms and Conditions". After reviewing the accounts in here and on the BBB (BTW, they have an A+ rating because they pay the BBB, look at why all 112 this year so far complaints are considered resolved) I just cancelled my credit card, why take any more chances with an obviously fraudulent company?

I refuse to discuss anything, I have mandated everything be don evia email so there is a copy of everything. I have one email where they tell me I ordered the product from my computer at home, we were on vacation and it was via a phone call. I should have followed my own advice, researech a company BEFORE you buy from them.

DVD's arrived from BeachBody in Grove City Ohio. Supplements are through an internet company only online 3 months as of this complaint, but all sold through the same entity. This is a typical way to  distance one's self from the scam portion, a whole new company devoted to the monthly billing cycle. Though not originating as an online purchase, it went online quickly.
