I ordered some beauty cream from a Beauty and Truth Facebook ad with the promise that all I had to pay was shipping and handling of $4.95.

I received the product; however, now my card is being charged $99.50 from a company called Life On Air Body. I am not receiving anything for this nor did I order anything from these folks.

I called the phone number associated with these charges on my bank statement. I was referred to customer service for a company whose name I couldn't understand from the recording that answered the phone. After waiting 2 and 1/2 minutes I was disconnected. This happened 5 times.

I have reported this to my bank and had to have my card cancelled and a new one issued. Lesson Learned: DON'T ORDER ANYTHING OFF OF FACEBOOK UNLESS YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE DEALING WITH.
