Beazer Homes ripoff, don't follow thru with their warrentees not matter how many times you contact them Charleston, South Carolina

When we purchased our home they promised and gave me written receipt to fix numerous items. I put in a trouble call with them. They switched personnel Derrick Scott and his boss promissed and promised to fix the items and the new person said Jay Johnson said "I seen your outstanding items but I thought where fixed since it was 9 months later so I threw it away".

I contacted Beazer a few times. They never fixed anything. The hardwood floors were supposed to have been fixed and once a person came out. So clueless after he put wood filler on he didn't put any polyurethene so when I cleaned the floor it all came up. Then the idiots said well we fixed it. They wouldn't come out to fix the outlets, floors, cracks in the concrete, moving floor boards. Nothing, they even left the markings on the wood before they stained we annotated on our closing "outstanding items to be fixed". Reflections of North Charleston. Charles. Oh of course Charles of reflections has never came by. I ended up asking Beazer to just give me a kit and I will fix it. NOT KIT. NOT CONTACT.

Famous words of the Community Sales person Jenny Steele, "I will help you get in touch with them and hav it fixed" I HAVE EMAILED BEAZER nationally, locally and nothing at all. Oh, those little community glasses we were supposed to get. I gave my info to Jenny Steele about not receiving those either and years later still not a word.

What good is a warrantee if they won't send anyone out to fix it. Oh yeah the foundation is totally screwed. They backfill everything with SAND. IT's about falling to crap o'la already.

Hopefully Beazer's stock reflects their services.
