I purchased a Wireless TV Headset. I followed all the instructions to install which were very easy. The unit doesn't work at all. I heard nothing. I contacted consumer service and was put on hold for quite a while. Only to be placed in a voice mail center. I've done this on a number of occasions and no one has ever returned my call. I am hesitant to just return the item & pay shipping and handling. I thought this was a reputable company. Obviously I was wrong.
