I submitted a commercial affidavit to these individuals expecting a reply, as from what I have found they have multiple violations of Regulation Z, TILA, Usury Laws.

I asked them to prove they have complied with all applicable laws and they just keep writing me back telling me my letters have not legal authority and there position will not change.

Check your local laws, Even my bank had an error on a loan (but they were nice enough to correct there error).

These people have been scamming people all over the US. They promise one thing and then change their mind. It is time we do away with these predatory lenders!
