Bexar Towing ripoff shoddy work and safety hazard to all citizens San Antonio Texas

Bexar Towing SUCKS, they steal cars from lots without proper signage posted, they endanger the public by violating the safety laws regarding towing cars, and damage claims with them is a joke, they simply tell you come back mon-fri, we will get back with you, then never return your call I went to the BBB after hearing the same line 4 days in a row, (mike deloach is not available).

As for the drivers they hire, well you can say they are just doing the job they need to feed their family, but they are rude, threatening, insulting, lying, crooks. The company endorses this type of behavior, in fact leads by example, Michael Deloach was rude to My Wife, he was supposed to return a call, after trying to get hold of this worthless piece of human flesh for 2 weeks we finally caught him at his office, His response or lack of one was to question my wife, then cut her off midsentence when he didnt like the answers he was getting, when she asked him why he didnt return a call, he changed it to "oh well, uh, uh, right now, uh, being that its gone through the BBB, uh, I prefer to answer you through the BBB" My wife says thats fine, MR. Deloach cuts her off again saying "before we have any other transactions" my wife again asks him if he could please explain why he didnt get back to us after we filled out the claim form. "Maam- I just told you I'm going to speak with you through the BBB you have my answer"

Ok that would almost seem fair, but this scumbag waste of human flesh did not contact us or speak with us through the BBB, This company failed to respond not once but twice in a timely manner to the BBB. When they did respond they issued false statements, slanderous statements, and said basically Take us to court. They lied about what information they gave us at the time of payment, they overcharged us, (city ordinance) they filed a false document altering its date to the BBB, but were too stupid to change the time stamp on their fax machine. You would think that is enough with these crooks, no sorry it gets better.

They hook up to cars and pull them out of the lot as fast as possible ignoring safety laws and physical safety for the vehicles they tow.

I have a video of these idiots doing that just one month after they damaged my car, when These Idiot drivers who work for bexar towing were asked to leave the property they were trespassing on and obstructing the business they said "we have a police contract we can park anywhere we want" when I told them that no matter what the contract they had said it did not include criminal tresspass, which is what they were now doing, they said "call the cops we will be gone before they show up" and continued to rehook up to the vehicles they drug down the street.

One driver who was attaching a chain to his tow truck came towards me, raised both fist in a threatening manner and told me he would kick my a*s, I got right up in his face and showed him the cameras on the property, and told him to get off the property for the third time. He started to leave, and while I was getting his plate number he made some threatening comments again, Now I did respond which was not the right thing to do, but that in no way excuses his action of stopping his truck in the middle of the street and charging at me while saying he had all the s**t he was going to take tonight. This idiot was pushed back and informed I was armed and again told to leave the property, instead his buddy comes over and they both start talking trash, I backed up and let the co owner of the business try and talk some sense into these idiots, they made threats to him as well, then the same driver who made threats to me before said he was going to have me arrested for pushing him, and came towards me again, (this after being informed I was armed) he was pushed out of my face a second time, this time his buddy tow truck driver encouraged him to leave, he did, went across the road and finished doing the job he should have done at the site where he stole that car from to start with. (I say stole because even if he had probable cause to tow it his company knew signage was missing from two entrances, amazingly it was those two entrances they tow cars from) Now, I get the run around from this company, which refused to give me the insurance companys name that represents them, finally I obtained it from the BBB, 9 months after the fact, but it doesnt stop there, you would think they would stop doing that type of behavior, no not BEXAR TOWING, EASTER SUNDAY 0112 hours, 3800 block of west ave towing a van they pull right across from me again and do the same thing, rehook up because they dont want to be seen doing the job on site, IF IT WAS SO HARD TO JUST HOOK UP AT THE SITE WHY BOTHER, DO YOU HAVE TO TOW THESE CARS DOWN THE ROAD THEN REHOOK UP AND PLACE SAFETY LIGHTS ON THEM 800 YARDS AWAY? BTW, when I walked away the first time I did call the police, they did get there after both tow trucks were across the road, Both drivers lied to the police, I invited the police to watch the videos, they said that since the tow trucks were off the property when they got there, they could not do anything. I have personally witnessed this company do this at least 7 times, it is a standard practice for them. I hope Bexar Towing corrects this stupid practice before a serious accident occurs, because if they dont and one does, they will be held criminally liable knowing that they were endangering the citizens they claim to be helping.
