BidCactus.com Charges to bid and likely uses shill bidders to drive more profits. Internet

I received an email about BidCactus.com, and the site looked interesting. It's an auction site, with bids starting at a penny. The problem is you must buy "bid packs" and you're charged 75 cents every time you bid. They add time to the clock every time a new bid comes in. So you end up bidding over and over trying to win something that you stand no chance of ever winning.

I can't confirm it, but it certainly looks like they use shill bidders. The exact same "buyers" are on the site 24 hours a day (I have checked throughout the day and well into the night). These "buyers" bid within seconds of any bid coming in on items. So an item goes from a penny to two pennies with your own bid, and then instantly someone out bids you at three pennies. This goes back and forth until you realize there's no way you're going to win, and you just dropped several dollars attempting to get a bid to stick for more than 5 seconds.

It's a complete rip off, and may even be an illegal scam. I'm sure they'll claim no one has ever shill bid using their site. I'm also sure that's a bunch of BS! 75 cents per bid, a timer that gets time added to it every time a bid comes in, and the same buyers on 24 hours a day makes for anything but a good site to spend your time and money at.
