tom vizcoso hes project manajer for bil ray he hired contractor dont paid us and he hold us money for no reason they owe money to sud contractors which they end up out of bussines i used to work for then 2 years ago they end up oweing me about $30,000 which i know they never gonna paid me also they owe alside over 4 million dollar worth of materials abc 90,000 and who else know they owe money dont do work for this croops and
