Bill And Kristy Bartmann ripoff Sell very sick puppies and do not send papers as advertised puppy arrived with Parvovirus and cost $2500 in treatment no response from seller Mounds Oklahoma

We purchased a Great Dane puppy from Bill and Kristy Bartmann on February 19, and she arrived on February 20. Mr. Bartmann advertised the puppy as having ACA papers and verbally told me he would send her vaccination records as she was a very healthy puppy. 3 days after receiving "Gabby" she became very ill and was diagnosed with Parvo Virus, one of the most deadly diseases for dogs and a disease she should have been vaccinated against.

We tried to contact the Bartmanns before she became ill because Gabby did not come with the ACA papers advertised or the vaccination records Mr. Bartmann promised. After she became ill, I desperately tried to contact the Bartmanns so that I could get some information as to why our puppy was so ill. They never even picked up the phone; obviously they have "Caller-ID" as they are still advertising other puppies on "Nextdaypets" with the same phone number.

We spent $2500 getting Gabby well in addition to the $1095 we sent to the Bartmanns. These cruel people are selling very sick puppies and breeching their written commitment on their advertisement. We used "Paypal" and supposedly "Paypal" has frozen their account. We would be very appreciative of other suggestions people have to recoup some of our money and, most importantly, shut the Bartmann's "Puppymill" down. Also, beware that the state of Oklahoma has very lax laws regarding selling puppies - they could care less that the Bartmanns are selling puppies that are infected with a highly contagious and deadly disease.
