Binder and Binder, Charles Binder and his office in California The very poor actions and inactions by Binder and Binder and the people who work for them in their representation of my husband's SSD Case Hauppage New York New York

First let me start by saying that even though my husband's SSD Case was handled by a Binder and Binder Office in California all correspondence regarding his case came from Binder and Binder's home office in New York and was sent and signed by Charles Binder.  My husband has been an amputee (left leg) since he was 27 he is now 68.  As this condition began taking its tole on his body his orthapedic doctor finally convinced him to go on disability saying with all his physical problems he should have no difficulty getting SSD and even suggested going to Binder and Binder because his case spoke for itself. What happend to us in stated in detail in the second letter, I will be glad to send a copy of this letter on request, that I wrote Charles Binder on our behalf after going over all the paper work on my husband's case after he finally won at the Federal Level thanks to a  very caring law firm.

I have been trying for years to hold Binder and Binder accountable for the damage that was done to our lives. In the three years that B & B handled my husband's case they managed to get him turned down three times which means that the case must go to the Federal Level which B & B doen't do because it is too much work.  Although it took a total of 5 years to get the SSD my husband was finally able to get the medical care he need to bring some quality back into his life.  Ours is not a matter of malpractice.  After searching the internet and trying to contact and get answers I finally found a place that took our complaint seriously, State of New York Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judical District.  After they read the letters and documents that I sent them their response to me was:

"After careful review, our Committee is unable to assist you.  The allegations of your complaint essentially involve the degree of competency with which your legal matter was handled and do not concern the uethical acts of an attorney.  Clear remedies at law exity with respect to your dissatisfaction."

"In the first instance, a court of law and not this Committee must weigh the propriety of the actions or the inaction of the attorney in his representation of your interests.  Should unethical acts of the attorney be proven during the course of action at law, either the court or you my bring such evidence to the attention of our Committee at the conclusion of judical proceedings."

I am seeking an attorney to get us those Clear Remedies and  I will be glad to send all the information that I sent to the Committee.  Charles Binder told me he couldn't take my letter and request for compensation seriously.  He also stated in response to my first letter that he didn't feel that my husband's case was strong enough to go to the Federal Level.  We proved him wrong.  He refuses any further contact with me in regards to this matter. I will not give up in my quest for justice in this matter and if we do get justice I will let all the other people on the "Pxxxx Cxxxxxx (((REDACTED)))" site that Binder and Binder has done wrong to not to give up either.  I post there to help others from making the same mistake we did.
