Black Bear Malamutes Kevin Schmersal Refuses to Send me my Full Registration AKC paperwork Bangor, Maine

On November 16th of this year, I made an agreement by phone to purchase a akc registered Alaskan malamute puppy with full registration and breeding rights from Kevin Schmersal of Bangor, Me. He markets himself under the name Black Bear Malamutes and his website is blackbearmalamutes.com. His invoice to me via online service provider paypal confirms the sale is for an "AKC Alaskan malamute puppy with full AKC registration and breeding rights." I immediately paid the money and we agreed to pick her up the following Saturday. We met at the Christmas Tree Shop near the "Portland" Jetport

When Lisa (girlfriend) and our 5 kids showed up to pick up the puppy we were both dumbfounded, upset and naive. Kevin told us a story about his mother being rushed to the hospital and forgot all the paperwork and would put all the paperwork in the mail right away. Kevin also mentioned he didn't have time to clean her and that she needed a bath. For some reason Lisa and I bought the story and took the dog with us. This dog stunk so bad that we immediately had to call petco and get her in for a bath and cleanup. This poor puppy, nobody could be near her she was that bad, she also was all matted down and her ears were full of mud. When we got her to petco (Portsmouth, NH - We live in Warner, NH), we discovered a green mass on her bottom teeth so we made an appointment right away for a vet to see her......The vet thinks she is ok but does want to see her in a months time. She also gave us some meds for worms.....

This really upset us and we really started to feel we had been taken. We called and emailed Kevin of our displeasure and he has been basically giving us the run around ever since. It is very apparent he is holding the paperwork over our head. He has admitted to not even registering the litter and threatens to not give us a full registration if we don't sign his contract. Basically trying to bully me.
