Blockbuster - Blockbuster.com Blockbuster.com Shipping charges of $28.93 for 2-3 days shipping, service not provided. Internet

I created an order online with Blockbuster on 11/18/09.  I clicked the option of 2-3 days shipping for $28.93 so I can get them before Thanksgiving.  After completing the order, credit card number and 3 digit codes, etc., I did not get an order number, confirmation number or a total amount or anything.  The screen said to call them because there is some problem.  I called, and the rep could not find the order and put me on hold for 10 minutes.   I hung up an called back, the rep still could not find the order, after putting me on hold for 20 minuties, (I was afraid to hang up this time), the rep came back with the order found.  I was emailed with the order confirmation. ????

It is now 1 week later (7 days, not 2-3 days), and I have not received my order.  I called this morning and was on hold for 10 minutes (I think this is a phone holding scam), I hung up and called back again and said they better not put me on hold this time.  After 30 minutes, 30 MINUTES, on the phone with the rep, they concluded that I should give them "leeway" on the 2-3 days shipping and that the 2-3 days does not start until they eventually ship the order, which apparently, they can do whenever.  They are telling me I will not get this order until next week.  There is no disclosure regarding, "leeway" or counting the days after they ship it.  I don't understand.  No disclosure on the shipping. They will not refund my shipping charges for the service I did not get.  They said I would have to wait until I receive the entire order, ship it back at my cost, and then, I don't know what they were gonna do after that.  As of right now, the 4-6 days shipping has passed as well.  I am disputing the credit card charge of $28.93 for the 2-3 days shipping I did not get.  Can they do this?  Can they create their own rules in regard to shipping costs but not disclose it to you until you don't receive your order?  Never again!  I have always received my 2-3 day orders from Victoria's Secret on time.  They are great.  Maybe blockbuster should get a clue.  Their CEO must be out of touch with the people.  But like all CEO's, they're dumber than we are!  Just look at AIG and BOFA.
