What a shock that Blockbuster is going out of business. I received an e-coupon for a free movie, so I went to the store, selected a movie, and then opened the coupon on my android. I opened it before I got to the cashier to show consideration to the others in line.

However, the rude, uncooperative jerk at the cashier stand told me I needed a hard copy, he couldn't scan the device. I said "what's the issue?, a bar code is a bar code". The d****e said no way. I then offered to email him the coupon, and he could print it out. He refused.

I told him I would never go to Blockbuster again. His response was he didn't care. I will from here on forward just use (((competitor's name redacted))) and not put up with this d****e. I told him good luck with his new career of being a Redbox tender at Safeway.

sorry, …allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. Mr. H of Scottsdale is back with another problem

AUTHOR: Larry - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, March 18, 2011

ROR readers will recall that the highly sensitive Mr. H previously complained about a number of serious rip-offs.

There was his complaint that a Wal-Mart clerk had advised him to keep his receipt so he could leave the store.

Then he complained that the painter he hired used the bathroom while working at his home.  Mr. H said he would have to replace the toilet because the painter used it.

More recently he complained that about the guy AAA dispatched to change his tire.  Mr. H said the guy put the tire in his trunk on top of his son's hockey bag.  That made the bag dirty, so it must be replaced and his son now requires psychological counselling because he really loved that bag.

So it comes as no surprise that Mr. H has suffered another grevious injury at the hands (unwashed hands, probably) of another working person.  Maybe Mr. H should schedule himself some couch time as it will undoubtedly take professional help to recover from the atrocity described here.
