However, they immediately canceled my account. All movies were returned to them by 8/26/2007 and they refuse to ship anymore to me even though my account is current until 9/4/2007. Emails to their enept customer service reps result in canned replies about service agreements and no refunds and now they just ignore me. I've been a Blockbuster customer for about twenty years. Well, you know what Blockbuster? You can go screw yourselves! I just tore up my Blockbuster card. I will cost you a lot more than the 19.00 or so that you ripped off from me! I'll also be first in line for any class action lawsuits that I'm sure will follow because of your deceptive if not illegal actions.
