Blue Haven Pools, South Lake Texas ripoff company of idiots

First, I want to say I have read some other reports about Blue Haven and I totally agree with most of them. If I had seen these reports before, I would not have used them for my pool.
The entire process has been shady if you ask me. They wrote a side note on our contract and did not explain what it meant to us. Essentially it ment that the retaining wall that needed to be built, was not included in the contract. They gave us a $1500.00 "construction allowance" to assist in the build. When they came out to give an estimate of the wall, It was double that!! I had to come up with out of poacket funds. When we got to the decking part, they also wanted more money and I refused this time. If you want bands of disrespectful Mexicans eating lunch and leaving stuff all over you yard, Pissing in your backyard, Throwing all their garbage in the pool and making a total disaster area of your yard, then this is the company for you. They distroyed my sprinkler lines and refused to fix them even though they parked a trailer on my front lawn for over a week.

This was not approved by me nor did they inform me beforehand. My pool was started in Oct. and they told me they could be done by X-Mas. It's now mid-Feb. and they still are not done. It goes weeks on end without anyone showing up and all the answers I get are Um, Hmm, I don't know? I have mad to call their office constantly to get crews out there to continue work. The pool sat for a week before anyone even called the town for an inpection and even then I had to call the town and Blue Haven and tell them to schedule it with the town.

They are a absolute company of idiots. They have excusses for everything and do not treat customers with respect. For the amount of $$ we pay for a pool, they should have done a much better job!
