I have tried numerous times to contact a representative at Blue Pilot to dispute the increase in rate from .079 (compared to .0825 thru BGE electric) to .199 and then within a month now at .469. Annual lock in rate ended Jan and I cannot reach anyone to cancel 3rd party service. Refuse to pay $1000 a month for electricity for a family of 3.
