Was promised that I was at a fixed rate of 7.9 and overnight after 3 months they raised it to 49% which made my total electric bill for 2 months $1400.

This is what I call price gouging. As bad as gas stations raising the prices just to make 200% profit.

They need to be forced out of business.

They offerd 640$ to solve this and I had to take the offer or I would have to pay the entire amount but I am still PISSED.

Petition to have them shut down.........!!!!!!
