Bluebird by American Express Doubled 2 charges on my account added more to them and claim they are the original vendors charges. Salt lake City Utah

About 5 am on feb 22, 2019 I checked into a casino hotel for 3 days. Cost $173.00 was posted and settled at the same time. On the 24th I extended the room for 1 day cost $78.00 swiped and settled immediately. Then 2 mysterious charges came on my account marked as online sales in amounts of both posted on the 22nd almost 3 hours after I shipped my card at the front desk for the amounts of $198.95 and $103.60.

I did not authorize this! I call bluebird to file suspected fraud bluebird would not allow me to make the claim. They said the charges were from The Virgin River. This is a LIE! The Virgin River only made 2 charges and both charges have been settled and released the charges that the virgin river poster had the name on the charges the funds that bluebird is holding are fictitious, and do not bear the vendors identifiers in the transaction numbers also are not the vendors approval codes.

The vendor has contacted bluebird and informed bluebird that the charges are fictitious, and requested that all funds being held be released The Virgin River can not even get the tokens to credit my account. In short Bluebird has talked over $300 dollars out of my account without my approval, and claimed the charges were the Virgin Rivers Charges. When infact they are not and bluebird will not accept fault, and will not release my money.

This is fraud, and wrong. Even if the charges were from the vendor as claimed the hold has been released and settled why keep my money. Bluebird is nothing but a pack of thieves, and liars trying to scam people out of their money. Give me my money now bluebird I'm stranded in the desert because of your fraudulent charges give me my money or I will file suit, and I will take your company just to shred it apart and give to the people you have wronged. PAY ME NOW BLUEBIRD!
