BlueGreen Vacations Outdoor TravelerSmoky Mountains Hotel Getaway False Presentation and Promised Accomodations not as Described at Presentation Internet

My husband and I were approached by two Bluegreen Vacation Representatives in Bass Pro Shops in Port St Lucie, FL with what sounded like a wonderful vacation package in the Smoky Mountains, TN.  We were given a book to look at the accomodations while we shopped.  After looking at the book for some time and deciding that the cost and required tour was well worth the beautiful resort we would be staying in, we decided to purchase the package.  We went back to the Bluegreen reps and confirmed with them that the Tennessee "resort" is the place we wanted to stay.  Not one time did they ever state that our actual accomodations would be at a 2 star hotel in town.  We did not find this out until we received our itinerary from Outdoor Traveler after making the reservations.  I contacted Outdoor Traveler and after telling the my story and being informed that I could upgrade to better accomodations at a substantial cost, I requested that my "vacation package" be cancelled.  I was informed that I was over the 30 day limit to cancel.  I sent an email to Outdoor Traveler, again telling my story and received a phone call in response.  I was told that I would be taken care of and that our accomodations would be upgraded.  Because I was due back to work, I asked if I could call the rep back and was told that she would return my call.  Didn't happen.  I've sent many emails and made many phone calls and have not received any kind of resolution, nor any actual attempt at a resolution.  I am now in the process of filing reports. 

Please.....DO NOT purchase anything from this company!  They are a bunch of frauds and thiefs! 

My husband and I will definately NOT be taking this vacation in December as planned.
