Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Whatever you do, DO NOT purchase with B.N.T they send you the wrong size and just take your money. My mother in law bought some Hollywood Pants from they and they charged her $160 for 3 leggins, at least other sites charge less and comes with a refund policy. B.N.T takes your money and tells you that if you want a bigger size then you have to pay again for shipping and they wont refund you one cent. As I said before, I DO NOT recommend you will only be throwing away your money.

Hello Annie, Thank you very much for expressing your thoughts. We take every complaint seriously in order to constantly improve our interaction with customers and provide the best service possible.
We apologize if your mother-in-law received a wrong size. We always try to go by our proven size chart, but all bodies are different and surely there will be some instances where the size sent needs to be exchanged. We offer a free exchange to all our customers and only require them to ship us back the item and we will take care of shipping back the correct size that is requested.
In case an exchange is not wanted, we also offer a refund within the first 21 days of the order delivery date. If you are not content with your order, please contact us at : 305-537-3292 with your order information and we will do our best to accomodate your request and process an exchange or issue a refund.
