Bob's Towing Bob is a complete jerk and doesn't care about the destruction he brought to my family and community Denton, Texas

After walking out the door on the way to leaving for work, I went to my covered parking spot to find that my car had vanished, I panicked and immediately called the police department to report it stolen, but I found out that it had been towed, by who? By Bob's Towing. Now if you can't tell by the name this place is horrendously unprofessional and run by Bob, some of the worst redneck scum I've ever seen in Denton. I called him and asked if he had towed my car and he said that he did. I asked him why and he said that I don't pay for a parking spot and I deserve to be towed for parking there illegally.

Well apparently he didn't check his sources, I do own the spot and have parked there for months, when I explained this he said I have no reason to be frustrated because its all my fault and I needed to stop being an ignorant idiot, now I normally am not offended easily but I found that being ridiculous, I have a family to take care of, my wife and my new daughter who is three weeks old and I do this all on $2000 a month, so I don't really have an abundance of cash flow.

I'm wasn't necessarily thinking he would just say here's your car for free but I expected a little remorse for the mistake, and the story doesn't end there. I looked up his company to find multiple ripoff reports as well as an F rating on the BBB and MULTIPLE pending lawsuits for assault, sexual discrimination (one of his drivers called a woman a b***h and pulled her forcefully from her car because you can't tow a vehicle with the driver in the vehicle) they have no morals for what they do to make a couple bucks.

When I got there with my father in law, we were walking towards his "yard" to get my vehicle out, he leaves his shack to exclaim "What are you doing here?!" (Well obviously I called you 5 minutes ago for directions, chances are that I'm here to get my car) and told us to hurry because he doesn't have all day, I proceed into his shack to see many Christian knicknacs on his wall and wondered why such an angry redneck con artist would be representing a religion based off of love and forgiveness, and be so calm and collected about ripping off people who are working for an honest living.

(the part that confuses me the most is the fact that they were not called, they simply drive through to make sure stickers are up to date..) chances are that if no one called than the car present is supposed to be there. Bob is dishonest redneck scum, and in the words of my mother-in-law "How do you sleep at night sir? Oh wait, you don't. You tow cars"
