Bogabids False advertising in offering gifts for low price and debiting credit card for much more without sending gift that was ordered Internet
A popup advertisement came up saying I could get a free gift. I just had to pay a small delivery fee.
My credit card was charged for the delivery fee as well as another fee for $55.51 and what I had chosen for my gift was never received. They told me I was automatically signed up to their gold plan and that they had made bids on my behalf. I asked for a detailed account of these bids as proof but this comment was ignored.
I contacted them and this is how they responded.
I told them regardless of this they are scamming people and I told them I at least wanted my free gift and I have not heard back from them or received what I ordered.
