Ordered and payed for 2 books that were never deliverd. Also kept billing for a subscription that was never re-ordered. Now harrassing me for collection of someone else's bill. They give no phone number and no physical address, only a PO box. This is obviously a basement operation that loses track of who has paid them but they never forget to cash your checks.
