Box Office Ticket Sales Ticket Buyers Beware Chicago Illinois

I searched the internet for tickets to the "Falling in Reverse" concert at the Royal Oak Music Theatre on February 4, 2014. Saw tickets advertised by "Box Office Ticket Sales". I telephoned and spoke with "John" who stated the more expensive tickets that I'd inquired about would give access to areas within the theater not given to those with "general admission" tickets and that no area within the theater would be "restricted". I purchased two tickets at a total cost of $150.90. When the tickets did not get delivered via eMail within an hour or two, as promised by "John", I was a bit concerned. A few days later I still did not have the tickets. I did a search against Box Office Ticket Sales telephone number and found a "Ripoff Report." I contacted Royal Oak Music Theatre and was informed by management the only tickets sold were "general admission". They also stated there were no special tickets that would give an attendee access beyond those given to general admission ticket holders, and the price of all tickets is $19.99 except $23. the day of the concert. I was also informed by Royal Oak Music Theatre that Box Office Ticket Sales was not authorized by it to sell its tickets.
