BPS Worldwide Merchant Services Paysafe BPS worldwide took money out of our bank accounts without notice. Cherry Hill NJ

BPS wordwide along with their parent company Paysafe Merchant Services took $500 out of our bank accounts without authorization.  They claimed we signed a 3 year contract which we did not.  We felt that we were stuck with them as we could not afford to pay the $500 from each company. 

During this time, they took mulitple amounts from our accounts for "fees" which were not known to us before hand.  As a small buisness logging into your account to find money withdrawn with no notice is certainly a hardship.  Also during this time, we recieved notice that another company was experiencing the same thing and had filed a lawsuit against them and won because they had frauded them also! 

At this point, we were no long willing to just keep letting them steal our money so when the rates when up again, we were able to tell them as per our contract that if we do not agree with the new rates, we would be allowed out of our contract without paying the fees.  Well wouldn't you know they took the money out any way even thought I sent in ALL the proper paperwork.
