bragada mattress Representative actually said mattress was even better than a ****, had lifetime warranty, advertised it as being endorsed by a doctor, advertised it as having a seal by the orthopedic institute Floyds Knobs, Indiana

First off I have slept on my dads guest bed  (((competitor's name redacted))) prior to purchasing this mattress and the bragada matress is not even close to the quality like they state on their web site and the representative explained. They are not even on the same level and are in totally different categories. Braggada being in the lowest possible category. The best description would  be when I was traveling Europe sleeping at hostels in 93'.

Most of the beds sagged in the middle just like a bragada matress, the so called better than (((redacted))) mattress. To make a long story short, I know what quality mattresses sleep like and this mattress was the worst mattress I have ever slept on in my short 37 year life. In fact I have slept on futons way more comfortable than that mattress. LET ME REPEAT-THE BRAGATA MATTRESS IS THE WORST MATTRESS I HAVE EVER SLEPT ON!

The company used deceptive selling tactics and false advertising. I would like to burn my mattress as a brigada effigy and put it on youtube. I am so mad about being ripped off and having months of horrible sleep (I normally am one who sleeps very good and do not have sleep issues). I thought I did good research as well but now beieve it must somehow all be rigged. Employees writing in and giving good reviews on their web site.

A fake doctor endorsement. And am not sure if the orthopedic association gave any kind of positive reviews of their beds but must be fake also or shame on them because what a shotty company and what a shotty product. Any one considering purchasing one of their beds....Dont! you will regret it. And yes I am a real person that feels ripped off by brigada.

They make it virtually impossible to return. So basically no lifetime warranty as they state. The bed caused my girlfriend to have to get chiropractic treatments. I ended up having to put pillows under my lower back because it was caving in so bad when I layed in it that my back would be in major pain upon waking. The bed looked normal when no one was laying in it.

I now currently (1-10-2012) am sleeping on my couch and would sleep on the floor but have hard wood floors ( I admit I did a couple of nights) and my girl is sleeping with my daughter on her bed ( not a brigada). I am saving up for  a real mattress and will go directly to a store so there are absolutely no issues. I will probably purchase a (((redacted))) which is what I originally was going to get but thought if I could save some money and get a great mattress that is as good in quality or better why not. Big mistake!
