Brake Planet had no problem taking money from account, but BIG problem delivering item!! Santa Clarita California

Ordered rotors from this company 2 weeks ago. I called them 2 days after ordering to get a tracking number. They told me it had been shipped but no tracking number is available. I called back 2 days later and was told the same thing. I called back the next day to have them tell me they were not in stock, and that they were on back order for another 10 days, AFTER being told twice that the item had been shipped. They then offered me the next 'grade up' and told me they were in stock and could be shipped out immediately (this was last Thursday). Tuesday I called to get a tracking number, told none available but the item was definitely shipped on Monday. Wednesday I called them back and was told the same thing. Today, Thursday, I called again and was told it had been shipped on Tuesday, no tracking number available. Told me customers often get item before tracking number available, LIE, as this is NOT how Fed Ex works. This evening I got a notice with a 'tracking number', only thing is, it is for a work order to pick the item up, not that Fed Ex has the item. This company had no problem taking my money, but they are having a real difficult time delivering the goods. I have read a lot of complaints since I ordered about the same problems, really wish I would have read them first. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!!!! Dishonest to the core!!!!!
