Brandine Woodcraft, Inc. Incorrect Amount Received and no Response to Emails/Phone Calls Internet

I purchased 3 items from craftkitsandsupplies.com on April 18.  Two of the items I received were correct.  However, the other item I received was not in the amount that I had ordered.  It states on the web site that 6mm faceted beads come 1000 to a bag, but what I received was a bag of 480.  

After contacting craftkitsandsupplies.com through their website contact link, email, and by phone, where I placed a voice message, I have not received a response in almost one month's time frame.

It is not right to mislead customers regarding the facts of an item, such as the quantity being sold.  It is also not right to ignore customer complaints or concerns, especially with a nearly $10 shipping charge.
