Brecks Fraudulent Sales Practices Monroe Wisconsin

We purchased a set of 4 plants. When the package arrived, each plant was in a separate plastic envelope. Two of the envelopes were empty - nothing in them at all. The two plants that did arrive were dead - they did not respnd to water or planting.  All four plants were unusable.  Yet BRECKS insisted they could only cancel the price of the 4 plants, but we still had to pay the shipping and handling.  No amount of conversations would get them to change their position. We eventually paid the fee to keep them from sending it to collections.

BRECKS seems to have no problem shipping nothing  and then charging the customer for shipping them nothing.  What a rip.

I suspect they are part of a chain of companies and would suspect all their associated companyies are just as bad.

I will never order from any of them again.
