Brookstone Product not as described on web site ripoff Missouri

Product: Cube world

Web site showed four cubes. Description said four cubes. "A cast of four stick figures living in their cubes." and "Play with one or build an interactive world of all four stick characters." Nowhere did it say I would receive only two cubes.

But when I received the product, there were only two cubes. What I asked of them was to allow me to return my order for a full refund including the $12.99 shipping charge. This was refused by a very rude employee. I asked to speak with the supervisor and was told he would call me, but he never did.

The page has been pulled from their web-site. (I took a screen shot and would like to include it in this report.)
