I wasn't surprised to see someone else on here that had a problem with this place. I'd heard from some people that it was a decent place but when I took my car in for a repair I got sloppy work done, and 2 new dents and 1 long scratch. I didn't notice until after I got home, by then I figured they would deny it so I didn't bother. Good luck dealing with your car.

To comment on your claim that we put dents and scratches in your vehicle, when you dropped your vehicle off for repairs, you received a walk-around sheet on prior un-related damages that were documented and that you signed and was given a copy of. We do a walk-around sheet on every vehicle that is dropped off at our facility for repairs. If you had found a dent and scratch, like you claim then you should have contacted the manager and we could have gone over the walk-around sheet with you and taken care of any discrepencies that may have arose. If it had shown that there were no dents and scratches documented on the walk-around sheet we would of repaired the damages at no charge to you. Simple solutions for simple problems.
