Bruce's Body Shop Sloppy work, orange-peel paint, scratched rims. Stockton, California

I brought my car in a few weeks ago for some minor collision repairs to the right side of my car. I really wish I would have seen this website first so I could have avoided this place. When I got my car back, I was late for work and did'nt really look closely at the car. Well, later on when I got home I inspected the car and noticed some paint drip marks around the door frame that you could see even with the door closed. Also, all the paint along the rear door had a funky orange-peel texture, and it was really stands out from the rest of the car. To top it off, they had somehow managed to scratch my rims durning the process. When I called the shop and complained, they pretty much just denied everything, saying that I had already signed off on the paperwork saying that the car was ok when I picked it up, and if anything was wrong with it, why did I sign the paperwork? (Stupid me, I didn't take the time to really inspect the car as I was late for work) They flat out denied scratching my rims and said that it probably happened sometime during the day after I picked my car up, which I know isn't true because where I work the parking is private and not crowded. After arguing with them, they told me that I could come in and they could give me a discount on any additional work that needed to be done so I just told them to forget it, and that I would never have bodywork done there again. (I don't think they really cared) I hope that somehow this report will help someone else think twice before using this shop.
