Bryan Failure to Deliver Provo Utah

I made a purchase on the 07th of November 2013 in the amount of $140.00 plus 10.60 shipping. I have tried emailing them and calling them multiple times and left several voice mails none of which I have gotten a call back from. Finally I gave up and on the 07th of March 2014 I tried to cancel my order which ironically was the only time I had gotten a response from them. On the 11th of Mach 2014 they replied asking me for the order number that I wanted to cancel. I responded with my order number and have not heard since. Recently I had checked their site and noticed that it had been updated. After logging in and checked the status. As of 23rd of July 2015 the status states that it has been "Processed (Billed & Soon to Ship)". After calling and send more emails I have yet to get a response. All dates have been pulled from emails and I have taken screen shots of the order status.
