Buy Merchant, Inc. Called me a "dirty wh*re" Bronx, New York

I ordered a case of wholesale polo shirts from this site. After I put in the card information the first time, it declined the card (I later read in reviews this isn't the first time). A week later, I still had not received any confirmation and called to check the status of my order.

When I called, the man who answered (the owner, Craig) said "hold on" and talked with a woman for approximately 3 minutes before returning to my call. He did not place me on hold and I could hear their entire conversation. Then, when I asked the status of my order he informed me that those shirts were sold out. I told him to refund the money, that I was going to cancel the order to which he responded he hadn't taken the money.

A week later, the "shirts" came in the mail. They were not at all what I had ordered. The case was assorted sizes and colors, sizes ranging from M-2XL in ladies. The 2XL could have easily fit a 10 year old child, but not a full sized woman. They were so thin you could see through them and too short.

When I called to say that these shirts were not the ones I ordered, the owner immediately became rude with me, saying that he could sue me for slander. I was appalled. All I had said was that it wasn't what I ordered, and he informed me that the sales agreement states if they are out of stock, he can replace the item with whatever he sees fit.

He progressively became more rude with me and when I told him he wasn't being professional he proceeded to call me a "dirty wh*re". After I told him I was ending the conversation he said he was going to continue my place of business and did just that.

When he called, he would say things like "I'm going to have you arrested" and "I've made a million dollars this month, how much have you made?" I finally called the local police after about 15 of these calls who informed him (after much debate and even a shouting match) that any further calls to our business would bring a lawsuit upon him.

Never again will I make an online purchase without researching the company.
