Buy Merchant inc Ripoff Company Don't Do Business With This Company!!!! Internet

I searched in Bing for a pair of Coach boots and his sited came up http://www.buymerchant.com. I tried using my credit card twice and it said it was rejected because my address did not verify, so I used PayPal. I called the company at the phone # listed on the website and said I was calling to make sure they had received my payment and wanted to make sure they had the item in stock. He said he didn't know and had 187 people that had placed orders in front of me. I said ok when will you know? He said he would call me Monday. An hour later he stared calling me telling me I was being recorded and that I committed fraud using a credit card that was not valid and a Pay Pal account that had suspicious activity on it. I said that is not true. He said we will NOT ship you the item and you will be charged a 20% restocking fee! I said I will not pay a restocking fee and he said yes you will and you will be going to jail! I hung up and he continued calling me at least 5 more times and would not disconnect the line on my phone. Finally my husband got on the phone and he told him the same crazy story. I called my credit card company and they said they can't cancel the transaction that I will have to file a dispute!!! I have also filed a claim with paypal. This guy is a crook!!!
