buybackworld.com didnt delet my infor on my old phone sold it with all my personal info on it Nationwide

Im  a pissed off. i sold my  phone buybackworld for a dollar you would think they clean the phone out before reselling it. i got atext from the person who bought my old phone and said nice pic and intresting text .  my  phone was broken so i couldnt delet things on it so you would  think they would of  cleand out the phone  before  reselling. so all my personal imformation was still on the phone that real  creepy to find out o dpnt know how much that person now knows about me.  he text me a text that my ex husband wrote how would he known that.  so i think they should  make sure people personal info is not left on the phones before reselling them
