I purchased office equipment from this company, they all arrived DOA. (Dead on arrival) I attempted to email, call, and other efforts to report the problem and was told that I need to send my complaint to a special message device they have set up and I couldn't unforturnately understand. I left several messages to customer service department and haven't received any returned calls. Each and everytime I would call this company's phone, I would receive only the voicemail, and no one would return my calls.
