I purchased a small appliance from BuyMeBuyMe.com which was missing items that were part of the appliance. I E-mailed www.RequestSupport.com as instructed about the missing parts. They stated that the parts are not in the product description. These parts were in the product description and are internal parts to this appliance!! I again E-mailed them and asked them to re read the product description. NO Replay 16 day later. I started a 2nd Ticket for customer service, NO REPLY 15 days later !!!
