I am starting a new business and was searching on Google to find what I was looking for. I found this website in that search. Read about it and it seemed ok. I should have checked here first. I placed an order on a legitimate looking website that had all the security features that I have been told about. They took my credit card and I never got a transaction confirmation from them. Shortly afterwards I got a call on my personal cell phone (which is temporarily being used) from a guy whom I could not understand good and acted like I was an idiot. He had kids screaming in the background with me as well. He began to tell me that being a new customer I had to do a wire transfer to "the owners" bank account from my bank account. Told that they usually did not deal in small orders but they would and for me to go ahead then and do the transfer. I told him that I was not used to dealing like that and for him to send the info in an email. Did not happen he has been told by me to cancel the order and has harrassed ever since then to the point that I told him to leave me alone that it was over. My partner also told him that he needed to leave us alone then comes the you have to pay 20% of the bill due to the terms and conditions.. he was then told he could forget getting anything from us that we knew he was a shady character due to reading reports on him. He said that he would get a lawyer and we said do whatever you want to do. He continues to call and try to harass. We do not answer phone. Please be careful and do not use this company. THEY ARE TRUELY A RIP OFF....
