bvhcell.com Kept the refund after telling me I was receiving one Internet

I purchaced a phone case for a phone I had. The phone case came in about a week. Unfortunately the phone crashed and instead of getting another identical phone, I chose another, therefore rendering the less than 1 week old phone case I purchased from bvhcell.com useless. As the phone case was still new, I chose to send it back.

I emailed the company about it and stated the reasoning for the return. They agreed and gave me the return address to ship the case back to. As per their "return policy" I returned the case in the original box, with all original literature and in the same condition that I recieved it from them. 

I shipped the case back and per the tracking that I had on the package, they got it on Oct 27th 2013. 

On Nov 10th, 2013 I still had not recieved any notification that they had recieved my return shipment or had credited my refund back to my account. Their response on Nov 12th stated that they had recieved my shipment and that my refund was being "processed".

Being the busy shopping time of year I assumed this "legitimate" company was busy with holiday business and I waited until Dec 11th for my refund to post, and as it had not, I emailed them again inquiring as to the hold up. on Dec 12th I recieved the same email stating that my return was "recieved" and refund was "processed".

I called multiple times before anybody would answer and explained my situaton and the "customer service rep" hung up on me. I called back multiple times before they would asnwer again and they said they were NOT refunding me and when I asked why his response was that I was an a**hole for calling so many times. 

After that I came straight here to let everybody else know that if you have to return anything to this company, DONT!!! They refuse to give refunds even though all of their criteria was met for the return per their "policy"
