Scammers with a 15% order cancellation policy, which is all good except they will wait until you incur the fee to cancel your order. Even if you cancel your order 5 minutes after ordering, at 1:00am in the morning, BvHcell.com will still charge you 15% despite no work had to be done on their part other than clicking a button. They rig the game against you, make you check the "I agree to policy" without a link to the policy, which you would have to look for on your own, and does not exist in their Terms of Use page, so their practice is very deceiving.
